Are you after a great start to your horse’s ridden career? a refresher? or more miles for a horse that’s been started for a while? or some extra training to tackle some issues and/or make some improvements to overall handing and riding? If so, our on-site training services are for you.

Our weekly rate includes:

-Training 5 days a week

-Outings (Bush, Beach, various local arenas etc.)

-Daily care

-Agistment

-Hay and hard feed

-Grooming supplies etc

-Equipment usuage

-Regular updates with photos and videos and condition reports.

Prices:

$450 weekly

Additional outings such as indoor arenas, obstacle courses or arenas outside of the local area are available at additional cost. Option to add on having trainer attend events with your horse are also available for extra cost.

Our barefoot trimming services are based on a 6week approx. cycle but can be adjusted to your horse’s specific needs. Shoe removal, treatment of seedy toe/thrush can also be included at additional cost. Horses must be comfortable having their feet picked up to safely carry out a hoof trim. If your horse isn’t there yet, our training services are available to help safely prepare your horse for a hoof trim.

Prices:

Horse or pony $50

Heavy breeds $75

Shoe Removal $5 per shoe

Over-growth, poor behavior or extensive work of hoof pathologies (i.e Seedy Toe) may incur an additional fee.

Our sports and remedial massage therapy is suited for all types of horses, from older retired horses suffering from muscle atrophy, high performing equine athletes and everything in between.

Massage therapy helps your horse tap into their “parasympathetic nervous system” or relaxed state, encourages and promotes blood flow and healing to over worked or damaged muscles providing pain relief and increasing range of motion.

Price: $75 per session

Our lessons, coaching and training sessions can be extremely helpful to a variety of horses and horse people. So if you’re wanting to learn how to ride/handle and care for horses from scratch, if you or your horse are struggling with your confidence, you are wanting to advance your horsemanship and riding to the next level, you are wanting to learn more about western disciplines or how to rope, having issues with floating or other behavioral issues, you need help bringing a horse back into work we can help you!

Please specify the circumstances in which you are seeking help upon booking with as much detail as possible, so we are fully prepared to cater to you and/or your horse’s individual needs.

Price: $75 per session + travel (does not include arena hire fee if required)

We currently have a regular straight load float that can be used to assist with transporting horses. Prices start from $1.50km (return) + a $50 per session float hire fee.

Additional fees may be applied if we are required to catch and load the horse/s.

If we are travelling to a location to carry out services, please note that there is an approximate fee of 0.88c per km round trip on top of service fees.

We always try to service as many clients in a relative area to reduce everyone’s travel costs as much as we can and keep is as affordable for everyone as possible.

Getting your friends/neighbours on board with regular services is a great way to reduce your travel costs so make sure to spread the word.

If you are unsure and would like to know roughly how much your travel fee will be prior to our arrival please feel free to reach out and we will do our best to calculate before the day.

Are you looking to sell or re-home your equine? but need someone you can trust who will showcase them at their best and find the most suitable match? then look no further!

This service includes:

- Minimum 2 weeks sales preparation/training with regular updates and condition reports provided

-High quality photos and videos of the horse to be used for advertising

-Advertising taken care of

-Customized video showcasing your equine at it’s best

-Answering of enquires and facilitating/organising of viewings

-Provided bill of sale (upon sale) signed by all parties with options to customise to your individual requirements.

Price: %5 commission of total sale price (only upon successful sale) + standard weekly training fee

Here at Arrow Heart Equine we understand that it can be an emotional time rehoming your Equine. We put a great emphasis on matching the right homes to the right horses and will not make the sale if we are not convinced the horse will be well cared for and utilised to the best of their ability in a well-suited home.
